About this cartoon: The attack in San Bernardino by a pair of radical Islamist terrorists means that small-scale jihadist terrorism has definitely reached America, following attacks in France and elsewhere. One of the slain terrorists here was an American citizen raised locally and mostly outwardly normal, with his radicalization seemingly coming as a shock to his own family members. The threat of radical Islam terrorism at a local level is now in our midst.
